I was sad to read of Adell's passing. I was a acquaintance of hers from shopping in Mount Pleasant. She shopped at Marilyn's Hallmark. I managed the store and it was always a pleasure to help her with shopping needs. She was a warm and pleasant lady. Her smile would put you at ease. I remember her fondly. Thoughts and prayers to the family. Peace be with you

I'm saddened beyond words to hear of Adell's passing. She was the sweetest, kindest, person I've ever known. We had a special bond, as my Sunday school teacher she helped me through some tough times during my youth, guiding me with words of encouragement and being there to listen to me. Every time we came back to the church for a visit, I couldn't wait to find her and give her a hug and a kiss. I wish I could be at the service, but I want the family to know how special she was to me and that i'll always remember her with great fondness.
