Craig Allen Lee

Craig Allen Lee, 64, passed away on June 16, 2019 at Saint David's South Hospital in Austin, Texas, after a courageous two month battle with cancer.
Craig was born on January 12, 1955 to Raymond and Lola Wilke Lee in Burlington, Iowa. He was a 1973 graduate of Danville High School. He moved to Houston, Texas in 1979 and worked for IBM in Tech Support for office equipment. In 1984 he married Ligia M. Victory in Houston, Texas.
Craig was a very kind and optimistic person; always greeting you with a smile. He had a great love for nature and the outdoors. He loved to swim, play golf, had a green thumb, was mechanically inclined, and was fascinated with hummingbirds.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Brian and Joshua and daughter, Nicole, all of Austin; brothers, Jerry (Jeraldine) of Burlington and Rodney (Glenda) of Show Lo, AZ; and one sister, Connie (Charlie) Nealey of Danville. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
At his request his body was cremated at The Heart of Texas Crematory in Austin, TX. The family and friends will hold a Memorial Service in Austin at a later date. There will be a private Celebration of Life for Craig by his family in Iowa. Online condolences may be left at www.elliottfuneralchapel.com.
